I need to be more like you and enjoy life with my son and husband like you're enjoying time with your husband, daughter with a new bundle of joy to join you soon.<br/><br/>I always learn a great deal from you and I need to learn to relax and enjoy life! Who cares if dinner is grilled cheese instead of steak & potatoes? That mess you left will be there tomorrow and you probably know as soon as you clean it up, it will come back!<br/><br/>We have to enjoy the simple things in life like my son giving me his "Cane's sauce" on Sunday when we were eating at Raising Cane's near campus because he heard me tell my hubby that I love Cane's sauce. He said "here Mama, you have this". I wanted to cry in the restaurant!<br/><br/>Keep doing what you're not doing!!!!! I'll work on not doing what I'm always doing; I hope you know what I mean! And of course add to my ever increasing list of must reads. But I just had to post an answer to this one. <br/><br/>Keep procrastinating - they are only little for a very, very, very short time. Steal all the little moments you can to make memories that will last a lifetime for her. She won't remember that you were doing dishes, she WILL remember that you had fun and spent time together. The years add up all too quickly - 13 & 10 seem like just yesterday. The house and all its work will be there long after the giggles and waterfun and barns after baths.
