Well, Owen has started something that is just one of those ideas that warrants sharing and sets an example.
Beginning November 25th my family and I are praying through the Month for the Souls In Purgatory from November 25th to December 25th 2008. This is my third year practising this devotion while three of my family members joined me during 2007 and again this year.
During our Advent preparations, can’t we take some time to think of the Incarnation as it applies to those souls who are so close? Can I pause in the midst of everything that has to be done and say a little prayer? Can I say a “thanks” to God for putting someone like Owen in my path?
