My Blogging Talk at the CNMC MMX

For everyone who couldn’t make it and for anyone who’s slightly curious, here’s the uStream of my talk last weekend at the Catholic New Media Celebration (also embedded below). I follow the brilliantly talented Thomas Peters, of the American Papist blog, and my talk starts at about the one hour mark on this video (it’s worth watching and listening to his full speech (text here)).

    Thanks for this! :) It took me a while to finish watching, because I kept pausing it to take notes. You’ve given me some great ideas on how to make my blog better. Great job! I’m curious–what did you put in the baskets?

      You are ever so welcome, Sharon. Each basket had pens and paper and then a few little items (some had Catechisms, Bibles, holy cards, music CDs, books, cookbooks…). The idea was that you would come up with a concept inspired by the life in the basket. Next time (if there is one), I will theme the baskets and hopefully have a better idea of number of attendees. Out of the gate, this wasn’t so bad. Glad you enjoyed it!
